Who we are

3K TechOne — Keep Key Knowledge

3K TechOne is a software development company founded by Phan Minh Trọng in January 2025. The team formed around the founder and is made up of engineers who enjoy solving problems. We build custom web apps, mobile apps, enterprise software, and AI features.

The company is new, but the team is not. Our team has over 5 years of experience building complex systems across many fields. We bring that experience to each of your projects.

3K stands for Keep Key Knowledge: holding on to the knowledge that matters and focusing on it. We believe that in any kind of work, as long as you hold firmly to the core knowledge, every step forward becomes more solid. On every project, we start by understanding the most important part of your problem in depth, then build the software on that foundation.

    Founder & CEO

    Phan Minh Trọng graduated from VNU University of Engineering and Technology with a Very Good degree classification. He has over 5 years of experience in software development and founded 3K TechOne in January 2025. His strengths span four areas: frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI and automation. This lets him see a product from the user interface to the servers that run it, and he is directly involved from analysis until the system is live. About half of the projects he has worked on were for Japanese clients.

Our process

    We create wireframes and a clickable prototype so you can give feedback before coding starts.

  3. Development

    We work in short sprints with regular demos so you can follow progress.

    We check functionality, performance, and security before every delivery.

  5. Deployment and launch

    We deploy the system to the production environment, monitor it closely, and provide support in the first days.

  6. Maintenance and support

    We fix bugs, update, and improve the system after launch.
