Terms of Service

3.1. Account Information

When registering for our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account.

3.2. Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4.1. Consultation Phase

• Free initial consultation on project requirements
• Technical feasibility analysis and assessment
• Proposal of suitable solutions and technologies
• Detailed quotation and estimated timeline

4.2. Project Contract

After agreeing on scope, timeline, and cost, we will execute a formal contract including:

• Detailed scope of work
• Implementation schedule and key milestones
• Costs and payment terms
• Intellectual property rights and confidentiality
• Warranty and support terms

4.3. Project Execution

We commit to executing projects using Agile/Scrum methodology with regular sprints, demos, and continuous client feedback to ensure the product meets requirements.

5.1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Online payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal)
• International payment (for overseas clients)

5.2. Payment Schedule

Typically, the payment schedule is divided as follows:

• Deposit: 30-50% upon contract signing
• Mid-term payment: 30-40% upon completion of development phase
• Final payment: 20-30% upon delivery and project acceptance

5.3. Late Payment

If payment is delayed more than 15 days from the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services until full payment is received. Late payment fees may apply as specified in the contract.

6.1. Source Code Ownership

Upon full payment completion, all intellectual property rights to the source code and custom products developed for your project will be transferred to you, unless otherwise agreed.

6.2. Libraries and Frameworks

Open-source libraries, frameworks, and third-party tools used in the project remain the property of their original authors and are subject to their respective licenses.

6.3. 3K TechOne Assets

Internal tools, templates, boilerplate code, and intellectual property developed prior to or independent of your project remain the property of 3K TechOne.

8.1. Warranties

We warrant that services provided will:

• Operate according to agreed technical specifications
• Not contain critical bugs affecting main functionality
• Comply with industry standards and best practices

Free warranty period is typically 3-6 months after delivery, including bug fixes and basic technical support.

8.2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability does not exceed the total amount you paid for the project
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee business performance or specific results from the product

10.1. Termination by Client

You may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. In this case:

• You must pay for all completed work
• Contract termination fee may apply (typically 20-30% of remaining value)
• Source code developed will be delivered in its current state

10.2. Termination by 3K TechOne

We reserve the right to terminate the contract if:

• Client seriously violates contract terms
• Client fails to pay after 30 days of reminder
• Client requests illegal or unethical work

12.1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law.

12.2. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12.3. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with project contracts and attachments, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3K TechOne, superseding all prior agreements (oral or written).

12.4. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
