Overview

We offer mobile app development for iOS and Android, from the initial idea to the moment your app is in the stores and has users. We build cross-platform apps: one codebase for both operating systems, so new features and bug fixes reach all users at the same time.

The service fits when your users need the product in their pocket: travelers on the road, hosts who rarely use a computer, or people who want to track their mental wellness every day. An app rarely stands alone. That is why we also build the backend and admin panel that go with it.

Capabilities

  • Cross-platform apps

React Native with Expo for iOS and Android from one codebase. The interface and features stay consistent on both operating systems.

  • Multiple apps on one backend

the mobile apps share a backend with the web app. Data stays the same on phones and computers.

  • Real-time chat

users message each other directly in the app. Questions get answered right away, without waiting for email.

  • Identity verification and e-signature

eKYC and contract signing right in the app. Users complete the paperwork without meeting in person.

  • In-app payments

bank transfer and QR code payments within the booking flow. Users book and pay in the same place.

  • AI on the phone

chat with an AI assistant, itinerary suggestions, and personalized recommendations based on each person's situation. Content fits each person instead of being generic.

  • Emergency support

an SOS button lets users call for help when something goes wrong. Users feel safer when traveling far from home.

How we work

  1. Define who uses the app and in what situations.

People on the move, older users, and people who are not comfortable with technology need different flows. We settle this before designing screens.

  2. Decide what belongs in the app and what belongs on the web.

Anything done on the go goes into the app, while administration and application review stay on the web. This keeps the app lean.

  3. Install test builds on real devices early.

You install test builds on your phone and give feedback from the first rounds, instead of only looking at design images.

  4. Prepare for release.

We handle the App Store and Google Play submissions, device permissions, and the privacy policy that goes with them.

Why 3K TechOne

For the Homestay Booking Platform, we developed two mobile apps and five web apps on a shared backend. The product includes search and booking, electronic identity verification, e-signature, payments by bank transfer and QR code, real-time chat, an AI assistant that suggests itineraries and places to stay, and an SOS button. The product is in development and set to launch in 2027. The AI Mental Wellness Platform is a live mobile app. Users chat with an AI assistant, receive personalized recommendations, and track their daily wellness right on their phones. Together, the two projects show that we can build both apps for many roles and personal apps that people open every day.

Frequently asked questions

Should we build the app with React Native or go native for each platform?

For most business apps, React Native is smooth enough and lets you use one codebase for both iOS and Android. Separate native apps are a better fit when the app needs heavy graphics processing or special hardware features.

Does the app share data with the website?

Yes. We usually build one shared backend for the app and the web. In the Homestay Booking Platform, the mobile apps and web apps all call the same backend, so the data always matches.

Who should own the developer accounts on the App Store and Google Play?

We recommend that your business owns them, so you keep ownership of the app. We guide you through registration and publish the app to the stores under your account.

Does a mobile app also need an admin panel?

Almost always. Staff need a place to review applications, handle requests, and view reports. We build the admin panel on the web, sharing data with the app.
