Product Consulting & Design

Architecture consulting, UI/UX design, and an MVP package to turn your idea into a usable product before you invest heavily in development.

Overview

We provide software product development consulting for founders and businesses preparing to build a new product or rebuild an existing one, before they invest heavily in writing code. Many projects struggle not because of poor code, but because they chose the wrong scope, missed a user role, or picked an architecture that could not hold up as the product grew.

The service has three parts, used separately or together: architecture consulting, UI/UX design, and an MVP package. The output is documentation, designs, and a working product that any team can keep developing.

Capabilities

  • Architecture consulting

choosing technologies and designing the data model, APIs, and how the apps are split. Web, mobile, and admin panel share one backend without overlap.

  • Role and business flow analysis

list each user group, what they do, and the data they are allowed to see. The result is a specification clear enough to estimate and build from.

  • UI/UX design

user flows and interfaces for each user group, including people who are not comfortable with technology. Prototypes are tested before any code is written.

  • Design system

a shared set of UI components and usage rules. Multiple apps keep the same look and feel.

  • MVP package, a way to work together

we choose the core features with you, then design and build the first version. You get a real product to put in front of users and validate your idea.

  • Review of an existing product

an assessment of the current architecture, source code, and user experience. You know what to fix first and what can wait.

How we work

  1. Clarify the problem.

We ask about your users, the value the product brings them, and what must be true for the product to be worth pursuing further.

  2. Map roles and set the MVP scope.

From the list of roles and features, we choose the core for the first version together and clearly note what comes later.

  3. Prototype first, code later.

The main flows become a clickable prototype you can test with real users before any code is written.

  4. Design the architecture for the next stage.

We choose technologies and design the data so that deferred features can be added later without rework.

  5. Hand over or build the MVP.

You receive the architecture documents and designs, then hand them to a development team, or choose the MVP package and we build the first version.

Why 3K TechOne

For the Homestay Booking Platform, we developed a product ecosystem for five user groups: travelers, hosts, verification staff, partners, and administrators. The result is two mobile apps and five web apps on a shared backend, with one data source. Hosts register themselves, and staff review applications within a set processing time. Most hosts are not comfortable with technology, while travelers need to trust that their accommodation has been checked. In a multi-role product like this, early architecture and experience decisions affect every part of the work that follows. Our team has over 5 years of experience and brings it to the very first specification.

Frequently asked questions

What features should an MVP include?

Only the features users need to complete the main task, and that you need to validate your most important assumption. We list all the features with you, then pick the core and clearly note what comes later.

Can we hire you only for architecture consulting or UI/UX design, without development?

Yes. The three parts of the service can be used separately. You receive architecture documents and designs you can hand to any development team.

How is a prototype different from an MVP?

A prototype is a clickable mockup for testing user flows, without real data. An MVP is a working product with a backend, put in front of real users to validate the idea.

Our product is live but hard to scale. Do we need to rewrite it from scratch?

Not always. We review the architecture and source code, point out what to fix first and what can stay, and only then discuss a rewrite.
