A company has many departments, each with its own work schedules and payroll rules. Handling time and attendance and payroll by hand is time-consuming and error-prone. The client needed one system shared by multiple companies, while keeping each company's data separate.
We built a multi-tenant SaaS platform with an admin panel and a mobile app. The system manages work schedules and time and attendance, and it calculates payroll automatically based on complex rules. Access is controlled by role, and reports update in real time. The platform integrates with the HR software the company already uses.
Payroll is calculated automatically from time and attendance data, which reduces manual calculation. Managers can view reports whenever they need them instead of waiting for end-of-period totals. Multiple companies and departments share one system.
