Enterprise Software

Software built around your processes: time and attendance, payroll, booking, document processing, links to existing systems, and automation of manual work.

Overview

We build custom enterprise software for processes that packaged software doesn't fit: payroll rules that differ by department, multi-step document workflows, or work schedules tied to customer bookings. We build the software around the way your team already works, then automate the repetitive steps.

The service is for businesses running operations on spreadsheets, paper, or many disconnected tools. The result is one shared system: data entered once, role-based access, reports available instantly, and connections to the software you already use.

Capabilities

  • HR, time and attendance, and payroll

pay is calculated automatically from attendance data, using each department's own rules. Manual calculation drops sharply.

  • Multi-tenant SaaS platform

many companies share one system, with each company's data kept separate. You run one piece of software instead of many separate copies.

  • Booking and service staff management

work schedules, customer bookings, time and attendance, and payroll live in one place. Administrators don't have to reconcile multiple sources.

  • Automated document processing

classify, extract, cross-check, and approve documents on the web, then a robot submits the results to the target system. People only handle the files with problems.

  • Integration with existing systems

connect to the HR software or business systems you already use. You don't have to drop your current tools.

  • Access control and real-time reporting

each role sees exactly its own part of the work. Managers view reports whenever they need them, without waiting for end-of-period summaries.

  • Cloud deployment

packaged with Docker, with event-driven tasks running on AWS Lambda. The system scales easily as volume grows.

How we work

  1. Sit with the people doing the work.

We watch how staff process documents, track attendance, or build schedules, and we record every exception, where the hardest rules usually hide.

  2. Write rules with sample cases and expected answers.

Each rule comes with a few real cases and their correct results, so both sides can check them.

  3. Run in parallel with the old way.

The new system runs alongside the spreadsheet or manual process, and results are compared before the full switch.

  4. Automate one step at a time.

A step is automated only once it is stable. Risky steps keep a human approval step.

Why 3K TechOne

The projects in this group are all in production. For the Logistics and Customs Document OCR Platform, we developed almost the entire system: from document upload, cross-checking, and web-based review to a robot that submits customs declarations and recovers automatically when something fails midway. The Enterprise HR Management System is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that calculates payroll under complex rules and integrates with the HR software the business already uses. The Staff Booking Management System brings booking, time and attendance, and payroll into one place. In these systems, one wrong number can go straight into a payroll run or a customs declaration, so we design the checks in from the start.

Frequently asked questions

Should we buy off-the-shelf software or build our own?

If your processes are like most companies', off-the-shelf software is usually faster to roll out. Custom software is worth it when your business rules are specific, such as payroll with many custom rules, or when you need to connect several systems. We will tell you plainly if off-the-shelf software suits you better.

Can the new software connect to the systems we already use?

Yes, if those systems have an API or allow data import and export. When an older system has no API, we can use a robot that operates its interface the way a staff member would.

Can several companies or departments share one piece of software?

Yes. We have built a multi-tenant platform where many companies and departments share one system. Each company's data is kept separate.

Can we move data that currently lives in spreadsheets?

Yes. We clean, standardize, and import your existing data, then check it against the original figures before going live.
