Web Application Development

Web apps, SaaS, learning management and booking systems: one solid backend with separate interfaces for each user group.

Overview

We provide web application development for businesses and startups that need a system that runs in the browser and can be used anywhere. That could be a SaaS product sold to many customers, an internal admin portal, a learning management system, or a booking platform.

The hard part of a web app is rarely a few good-looking pages. It is having many user groups work on one data source: customers, staff, teachers, partners, administrators. Each group needs its own permissions and tools. The data must stay consistent. The system must scale as the product grows.

Capabilities

  • SaaS products

accounts, permissions, and enough core features to serve many customers on web and mobile. You get a product you can sell, not just a demo.

  • Multiple apps on one backend

portals for customers, staff, partners, and administrators all call the same API. Data stays consistent everywhere.

  • Real-time booking

customers search, choose a suitable staff member, and book an open slot. They don't have to call ahead to ask.

  • Learning management system (LMS)

courses, multiple-choice and essay tests, automatic attendance tracking, and progress reports for each student. Teachers manage everything in one place.

  • Real-time chat

users message each other directly inside the product. Conversations don't have to move to another app.

  • Admin panel for operators

review applications, track work schedules and time and attendance, and view reports. Daily work doesn't require help from a developer.

How we work

  1. Map the roles.

We list each user group, the tasks they need to do, and the data they are allowed to see. This is the foundation for the permission design.

  2. Settle data and APIs before the interface.

When many apps share one backend, the data model and APIs are settled early. That lets the interfaces be built in parallel.

  3. Deliver by workflow, not by page.

Each delivery is a complete workflow, for example from the moment a customer books to the moment an administrator sees that booking. You can try it right away.

  4. Prepare for heavy traffic.

Caching, queues, and real-time connections are planned from the start, so the system can handle more load without a rewrite.

Why 3K TechOne

We have built many kinds of web apps. The AI-Assisted Task Management Platform is a live SaaS product that lets users switch productivity methods with a single click. For the Homestay Booking Platform, we developed five web apps and two mobile apps for different user groups on a shared backend. The Training and Exam Management System helps teachers manage courses, tests, and automatic attendance tracking. The Staff Booking Management System brings booking, time and attendance, and payroll into one system. Each project had its own roles and data challenge, and that is the part we work on most carefully.

Frequently asked questions

Should we build a web app or a mobile app first?

If your users mostly work on computers, or you need to be on every device quickly, a web app is usually a sensible first step. When users need the product often on their phones, add an app. With a shared backend, an app built later doesn't have to rebuild the data.

Can one system serve several different user groups?

Yes. We use role-based access control and can split the system into several web apps, one per group, all on the same backend. In the Homestay Booking Platform, travelers, hosts, verification staff, partners, and administrators all work from the same data source.

Does the web app work well on phones?

Yes. The interface is responsive and tested on phones throughout development, not fixed at the end.

Can data move from an old system to the new web app?

Yes. We run a trial migration on a copy, check it against the original figures, and only then migrate for good. During the handover, both systems can run in parallel.
