As agreed with the client, the name and pictures of this project stay private.
The client runs a business whose services are delivered in person by its staff. Customers need to know which staff member is a good fit and has open time slots. Administrators have to manage schedules while also handling time and attendance and payroll for each staff member.
We built a web-based booking platform with a customer-facing site and an admin panel. Customers search, choose a suitable staff member, and book in real time. They can rate staff and look back at their service history. Administrators track work schedules, time and attendance, and automated payroll.
Customers book with the staff member they choose, without having to call ahead. Work schedules, time and attendance, and payroll all live in one system. Customer ratings help the business monitor service quality.
