The AI we build runs with real users. The AI Investment Promotion Assistant serves a city-level investment promotion agency and answers investors every day on its official website, in Vietnamese and English. It passes every scenario in its internal test suite, with short response times. For the Logistics and Customs Document OCR Platform, we developed almost the entire system, automating the flow from document upload to customs declaration submission. AI is also part of our products: the itinerary assistant in the Homestay Booking Platform, the AI-Assisted Task Management Platform, and the AI Mental Wellness Platform. With over 5 years of experience, our team always builds the backend, admin panel, and testing alongside the AI so it keeps running for the long term.
It can, if the system isn't designed to prevent it. We let the AI answer only from real data, and the assistant says clearly when it doesn't have the information yet.
You need the documents, handbooks, or databases the AI is allowed to rely on. Image-based PDF files can also go into the knowledge base.
Yes. In our logistics document processing project, OCR and image-reading AI run in parallel and cross-verify each other's results. The system reads even low-quality scans and faxes, and staff review the results before approval.
Not necessarily. We configure a fallback model. When the primary model fails, the system switches to the fallback model automatically and keeps serving users.
Each system has its own set of test scenarios. They run again after every change to data or configuration to catch wrong answers.
